1. Order Process
Please select your items on our website, add them to cart, and follow the steps to checkout.
Before submitting your order, please double-check the item style, quantity, and shipping information.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/message.
2. Payment Method
For Hong Kong orders, please use the available payment methods provided at checkout (e.g. bank transfer).
For international orders, please select BANK TRANSFER and follow our instructions to confirm the details.
All orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
3. Shipping & Free Shipping
Hong Kong:
For Hong Kong local orders of HK$800 or above, free shipping will be provided.
If the final order amount after discounts is below HK$800, the parcel will be sent freight collect and the shipping fee will be borne by the recipient.
International:
Shipping fees for international orders will be quoted separately based on destination and parcel weight.
Certain special series (such as the Hand-Drawn Card Series) may enjoy special shipping arrangements. Please contact us for details.
4. Product Nature & Color
All hand-drawn cards and artworks are original pieces, so minor variations between items are normal.
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings; the actual product shall prevail.
5. Return & Order Changes
As most items are limited art pieces, we do not accept cancellations or returns without a valid reason once payment is confirmed.
If you need to modify your order information (e.g. wrong address), please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.
